God answers prayers

I'm hopeful. Someone might be able to take over the apartment! Either that, or I've found a house mate...! It's a Korean gal. I know, but she's pretty mature and motherly. So, no strayed thoughts please. But more importantly, she seems nice and sensible and she can teach me Korean.. hahaha. And she also has fashion contacts in Korea... which means... Networking! Nice!
